适用范围:
质子交换膜燃料电池气体扩散层材料,起支撑催化剂层,稳定电极结构,为电极反应提供气体通道、电子通道和排水通道等作用;也可加工发热材料;碳纤维纸是本公司采用碳纤维原料湿法造纸工艺制成原纸,并经树脂浸渍、热压、碳化及石墨化处理等一系列加工工序研制而成,是质子交换膜燃料电池的四大关键配套材料之一。具有纸质均匀、电阻率低、强度高等特点,产品性能达到国外同类产品水平。

Application:
Used as gas diffusion layer in proton exchange membrane fuel cell to support catalyst layer ,stable electrode structure, and provide for the electrode reaction with gas channel, electronic access and drainage channel, etc.
Heating material;
Carbon fiber paper is developed from the base paper which is treated with a series of processing operations, such as resin impregnation, hot pressing, carbonization and graphitization, etc. The base paper is made from carbon fibers and produced with wet-land paper making technology in our company. The carbon fiber paper is one of the four key supporting materials of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell. Its performance is to the level of similar foreign products because of the excellent characteristics, such as good formation of sheet, low resistance, high strength, etc.
